The Tradeshow and Sponsorship Sales Manager will proactively execute and manage revenue generating activities. Specifically, this position is responsible for the successful budgeting, planning and management of tradeshows, large and small; the silent auction; and corporate marketing and sponsorship programs.

Seeking candidates with:
5 or more years of experience managing sponsorship sales or exhibit sales, preferably in medical association management
Successful sales track record.
Experience in managing prospect databases
Ability to work well independently and part of a team. Demonstrated experience working with volunteer leaders and all levels of employees.
Competence in budgeting and financial management. Fundamental commitment to meeting budget projections.
Customer-centric approach to corporate relations.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills. Current on the available digital exhibits management, silent auction, and corporate sales tools. Can effectively navigate digital resources.
Able to travel to various meetings or client visits required, approximately 10% of time
