Professional State Association seeks a Membership & Conference Assistant. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with membership database management; conference and training registrations; conference material preparation and other related duties. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, self-starter, detail oriented, and organized. Must be a team player, quick learner and have strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is required. Experience in association work is a plus. This is a full time position with medical, dental and retirement benefits. Salary range $22,000-$25,000.
