BOMA Dallas is seeking to fill an events & education position. The person in this position will be responsible for working with committees and staff in developing all aspects of educational programs and networking events for BOMA Dallas and the BOMA Dallas Foundation. He/she also assists the executive director with administration of the association’s sponsorship program and manages the organization’s awards process.
Experience in event management.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work with a diverse group of volunteers, members and staff.
Understanding of the political nuances of association management.
Independent worker with the ability to multitask.
Willingness to assist or manage any task – regardless of how large or small the task.
Enjoy participating in events ranging from formal awards dinner to casual sporting clays tournament.
Willingness to travel to two conferences a year.
College degree is required.
