We are seeking a leader to join our successful, growing organization as part of our program leadership team. The program coordinator helps implement College Possible’s programs by supervising, training and supporting 6-8 Service Corps Members, representing the organization at partner high schools and colleges, and building partnerships and cultivating resources to support the mission.
Essential Job Functions
Supervise, Train and Support Service Corps Members: Duties include providing daily support, guidance, and oversight to Service Corps Members to ensure excellence in service and programming. Troubleshooting issues as they arise, evaluating performance, gathering feedback, and working in partnership with other staff to ensure the highest quality of service to students and families, partners, and Service Corps Members. Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate, prepare for, and lead high-quality trainings and weekly meetings for Service Corps Members and support Corps Member morale and productivity. Moreover, the Program Coordinator will draw contextual connections for Corps Members with their diverse projects, helping them see their connection to our broader program mission.
Ensure Program Quality and Curriculum Fidelity: Oversee the implementation of projects, student support, and curriculum by Corps Members to ensure fidelity to our program model. Support Service Corps Members in growing as mentors, lesson planners and instructors. Ensure that needed resources are in place to support execution of the program.
Develop and Maintain Partner Relationships: Work to build and maintain successful relationships with partner high schools and colleges. Deliver updates on student progress and ensure College Possible aligns with the needs of the institutions. Represent College Possible at key meetings and become a conduit for sharing information and best practices between College Possible and the institution.
Project Management: Oversee key initiatives and support Corps Member involvement in activities such as student recruitment, SAT prep, college transition work, financial aid renewal and college persistence activities.
Evaluate, Track and Report on Progress: Assist the program leadership in the weekly tracking of key student success indicators as well as broad annual outcomes related to SAT increases, financial aid registration, college admission, enrollment and persistence.

Bachelor's degree required.
Related Work Experience:
Three years of full-time work experience required;
Teaching and/or college admissions experience preferred;
Supervisory experience strongly preferred;
Experience with AmeriCorps, VISTA, or other service programs preferred;
Experience with utilizing data to inform decision-making and evaluate programming;
Familiarity with college admissions process, including standardized tests, application process and financial aid as well as project management strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
