Coordinates the logistics of the Ounce Institute training events, meetings, and divisional administrative maintenance. Prepares and collaborates with the Operations Coordinator for all meeting and training needs.
Essential Job Duties
Collaborate with the Ounce Institute’s Operations Team to ensure event logistics are being effectively and efficiently performed.
Provide on-site and off-site support for trainers, consultants, trainees, and other staff before, during, and after events.
Produce materials for events, including but not limited to folders, handouts, name badges, wall postings, etc.
Responsible for division procurement, including but not limited to maintaining, tracking, and ordering event and office materials, supplies, and equipment. Serving as primary contact for vendors used to support training events.
Utilize LMS, CRM, and other technology platforms to support the division’s work in maintaining attendance records, evaluations, and generating training documentation.
Ensure efficient use of meeting and storage space.
Provide support to the Ounce Institute team to ensure the continuing success of new and on-going initiatives and projects.
Performs other job-related duties as requested.

Required to be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business management, education, or related field.
1 year or less of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities – May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills and abilities commonly associated with this position.
Proficient in operating office equipment (phones, computers, copy machines, etc.)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn and master computer technology/software programs such as LMS and CRM platforms, as needed.
Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to process, protect, and exercise discretion in handling confidential information and materials.
Working knowledge of Audio and Visual equipment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, exercise independent judgement, and accomplish assignments in a timely manner.
Ability to work with individuals at varying levels of the organization and external contacts managing a wide variety of details in the process.
