The Event Gift Specialist is a seasonal position and will be a member of the Advancement Services (AS) team, reporting to the Director, Gift Services & Data Management. The AS team manages and analyzes an extensive donor/prospect database with 500,000 constituent records. AS helps maintain and strengthen the Philanthropy Departments infrastructure while stressing the importance of quality data collection and gift handling, outstanding prospect research, valuable analytics, innovative software integration and database integrity. The Seasonal Event Gift Specialist will help process and acknowledge 25,000+ gift transactions per year while also maintaining biographical data in The Raisers Edge and Luminate Online databases. This position will work closely with the events team assisting with spring Fundraising and Community Partner events then transition to Obliteride gift handling and processing duties in late spring.
