The position offers flexible part time hours 15-20 hours a week, remotely working from home, although a steady schedule within weekday hours is needed, preference given to applicants located in Wisconsin or Illinois. We are a "bring your own device" company, candidate will need to have their own cell phone and computer.
This position reports to the Executive Director/CEO.
The desired candidate will be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
Position Description: This position provides customer service membership support to a growing nonprofit 501(c) 6, national membership medical organization. Projects to include implementing membership renewals, processes new membership applications, and addressing membership inquiries including updating and maintaining the membership database (Using MemberClicks). Marketing, event registration, order processing, and social media projects will be part of this position.
This is a new position and has an opportunity for growth depending on success and growth of the organization.
Able to work independently from home
Some familiarity with AMS systems (MemberClicks preferred)
Association, non-profit experience
