The starting salary range would be $50,000 - $62,000 depending upon experience and ability.

About MSLF: Created in 2010, MSLF is a tax-exempt, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation. It was formed by MOHELA to help make higher education more accessible and affordable for Missouri students and families. By providing scholarships and low-cost student loans, MSLF supports persistence to graduation from institutions of higher education by Missouri citizens. MSLF Mission: Provide innovative products and services to help Missouri students, particularly those with insufficient financial resources, to prepare for, enter into and successfully complete higher education at Missouri institutions. General Statement of Duties: Responsible for managing existing and developing new student financial assistance programs. The Scholarship Program Manager is responsible for planning, development, administration, daily operations, evaluation and reporting of the MSLF's programs (selection, awards and repayment), reporting progress to the Foundation's Executive Director and Board of Directors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Missouri Family Education Loan Program and other Foundation programs - Work with leadership within MOHELA and MSLF to support the Missouri Family Education Loan Program (“MOFELP”) and the Foundation's other programs. Assist in the preparation and distribution to schools and student all programs' materials including applications, promissory note, regulatory disclosures, and other documents. Provide support to staff in reviewing applications for MOFELP loans and in the origination, disbursement, and servicing of those loans. Review and approve/deny requests for scholarships and grant programs. Enhance processes for current programs and assist in creating new programs as directed by the Foundation Board.
Program Compliance - Ensure that the Foundation and its Board remains in compliance with policies and procedures adopted by the Foundation, and other applicable laws and regulations
Board Meetings – Assists Foundation's Executive Director in preparing for regular (semi-annual) and special meetings of the Foundation's Board of Directors.
Presentation/Representation – Represent the Foundation and help raise awareness of the programs and mission to students, schools and other organizations. Assist with efforts to educate and assist Missouri students with access to college as well as success to completion of a degree.
Analysis of MOFELP Delinquency Portfolio - Responsible for examining the delinquency portfolio. Manage projects targeted to reduce the percentage of delinquent borrowers.

Qualifications: Education/Experience: Minimum of two years working with a nonprofit organization or educational institution. Prior experience in scholarship administration and management preferred. Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the following: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A general knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and Adobe software preferred. Abilities:
