Core responsibility is accounting related. Maintaining financial records including billing and accounts receivables/basic accounting/bookkeeping/operating statements/balance sheets/journal entries/bank statements in concert with external bookkeeping/accountant/audit functions
Maintain general ledger accounts and business transactions for multiple association business entities using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and a thorough review of financial records
Meetings support including registration, payments, event management with occasional overnight in-state travel required
Membership records, updates and invoicing
Maintaining vendor contacts and relations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in using software applications such as QuickBooks, Word, Excel and the capability to learn new association management software. Minimum of 3 years experience
Skilled in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Possess organizational skills to execute and complete multiple tasks
Flexibility and adaptability in transitioning between different projects and events

This position is envisioned as a full time 40-hour per week position, but candidates with outstanding relevant experience or skills may be considered with a less-than-full-time/variable work schedule arrangement and are encouraged to apply.
