The Kentucky Trucking Association seeks a personable, outgoing individual that is highly organized for the position of Office Manager. The position reports directly to the President. The Office Manager deals directly with KTA members, manages financial record keeping, and assists in planning and hosting KTA events. The Office Manager position is based out of the KTA office in Frankfort, Kentucky and requires occasional travel throughout the region and the state.
Serve the individual members of the Kentucky Trucking Association Manage the financial bookkeeping of the KTA Assist in management of the KTA Database Help plan, organize and host KTA events Assist in the management of annual Truck Driving Championship, Golf Outing and Leadership Conference and other meetings and events throughout the year Membership recruitment Occasional amount of travel throughout the state (5-10 overnights/year)

Additional Salary Information: Potential bonuses throughout year up to $1,000
