Director of Credentialing

•Provide direction and oversight of multiple credentialing programs in accordance with accreditation standards.

•Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer, Exam Development Committees and exam development vendors to develop and maintain all initial and recertification programs.

•Implement strategies identified in the organization's strategic plan.

•Contribute to the long-term planning process for strategic initiatives related to credentialing.

•Supervise staff responsible for the process and requirements for maintaining accreditation for examinations.

•Represent HPCC with appropriate related professional and trade organizations and service providers.

•Manage budget related to credentialing programs and services.

•Develop materials and services to help constituents understand the certification and recertification processes.

•Guide and mentor staff providing customer support.

•Develop initiatives to support the value of certification and communications to increase awareness.

•Maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
