Part-time position, approximately 25-30 hours - flexible schedule
Responsibilities include normal accounting processes for statewide trade association as well as assistance with other administrative functions.
Accounting functions include, but are not limited to deposits, A/P, A/R, 1099s, payroll, expense reports, sales tax, bank reconciliations, journal entries and monthly financial statements. Includes calculation of inter-company allocations, handling investment income, employee benefit record keeping and processing. Requires annual budget development, management of royalty incomes and work with CPA firm for the year end audit.
Works with Association Treasurer and Board of Directors.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related experience with Quickbooks. Excel and Word experience necessary. Association experience preferred. Good technology skills.
