1. Basic knowledgeof clinical research policies, procedures and regulations in securing approvalfor clinical research

3. Manages studydata
a. Overseesrecord-keeping, ensuring completeness and continuity of all study data
b. Records dataonto case report forms accurately and completely in a timely manner
c. Enters data intoREDCap and performs quality assurance.
4. Actively identifies and participates intraining, education, and development activities to improve knowledge andperformance to sustain and enhance professional development.
a. Initiative forcontinuous learning, both self-directed and as evidenced by attendance ofeducational and professional development opportunities. Actively seeks newlearning opportunities, seeing learning as part of work
