The IU Alumni Association (IUAA) brings more than 640,000 IU graduates together to support one another and Indiana University throughout their lives. The IUAA activates IU's powerful global network through live events, webinars, chartered alumni communities, scholarship programs, and seriously fun traditions. The association is a membership organization that connects alumni, students, and friends through communications, activities, programs, and services. Additionally, it develops and supports volunteer leadership, serves as a voice for alumni as the university evolves, and provides lifelong learning opportunities.
Responsible for organizational planning and alignment processes, including but not limited to: strategic plan implementation, monitoring, and reporting; development and oversight of both near- and long-term financing analyses and strategies; organizational improvement and efficiency analysis and implementation; human resource management, talent management and staffing; cost and program pricing analysis; business planning; legal compliance and liaison to legal counsel (separate from IU legal counsel as IUAA is a separate entity); and selection and coordination of consulting teams retained to support these purposes.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field and eight years of management, accounting, association administration, and related fiscal affairs experience.
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered.
Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by Indiana University.
