This position is responsible for executive level administration and coordination of activities for the Executive Director, Senior Director of Corporate and Distinguished Partners and the foundation board of directors.

Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field. However, upon evaluation, five years’ experience, in addition to the minimum requirement in a position that required administrative support to an executive, may be substituted for the required degree. • Three years’ experience in a highly complex administrative support position that required advanced word processing, transcription, proofreading and various administrative support accountabilities.
Preferred Qualifications: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration) • Previous experience supporting an Executive is strongly preferred.
