The Florida Medical Association, located in Tallahassee Florida, is seeking an ambitious individual to serve as a supporting member of our IT and Operations Department. This position will work directly with Deputy Director of Operations and IT/Database Specialist in the daily operations of both the IT department and Building Management. The position is full-time with an extensive benefit package.
Essential Job Functions • Work as an integral part of the IT Department in learning and maintaining the FMA Database to provide support to various FMA departments, as well as FMA members • Additional contact for computer-related needs, including technical support to FMA staff • Work directly with IT/Database Specialist on membership mailouts • Building management to include, but not limited to, maintaining office equipment, office supply inventory, and coordination of service calls as related to the FMA building, equipment and vehicles • Provide support to membership/education department and executive office branch as needed regarding membership calls and/or membership-related activities

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years IT/Database Experience or 4 years IT/Database Experience
