At Novi AMS, we build software that builds associations. Our Customer Success Specialists are integral to ensuring that our customers have an incredible experience and continual growth with our product.
The most important value of this role is having a passion for helping our customers (association staff) do their jobs more efficiently. Novi AMS’s mission is to help amplify the change that associations create, and this role is integral to making sure they can do so.

Understanding an association’s day-to-day operations
Creating and editing multi-media digital content

You have a passion for learning new ways of using technology to solve problems
Build relationships with new customers
Participate in the new customer onboarding process, including project management, website content migration and other general tasks to launch a new association on our platform
Provide training on various aspects of our software
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical questions
Provide ongoing customer support
Assist in developing help articles and documentation as we iterate and release new features
Learn the basics of small business accounting (our software integrates with QuickBooks). Don't worry, we have great resources to help facilitate this.
Travel less than 10% of the time for conferences, training etc.

JIRA (project management for our developers)
Telecommuting is allowed.
