Catholic Foundation seeks a mission-driven Major Gift Officer (MGO). S/he will have the primary responsibility for the cultivation and solicitation of individual and foundation gifts. The MGO will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for a comprehensive annual giving program, including direct mail, grant applications, annual fund, and special solicitation campaigns.

The successful candidate must have excellent project management/organizational skills as well as good writing and communication capabilities. The ideal candidate will have the stature, credibility, humility, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse constituents. The Major Gifts Officer will work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Development. S/he will need to exercise independent discretion and judgment to manage assignments and projects in a timely and effective manner.
