Position Summary: The Director of Lead Management will support the strategy to attract and retain students for Yeshiva's graduate programs. Specifically, the Director will coordinate the email and website production needs, as well as manage the daily inquiry workflows through conversion. Additionally, this position is the lead on the customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructure and coordinates all communications, analytics, and effectiveness with recruitment efforts.
Oversee social media and content marketing effectiveness
Website: Maintain content such as deadlines, faculty, course lists, etc. and implement landing pages, lead forms and other digital properties linked to the CRM
Work efficiently with the various degree programs and schools to become an expert on all graduate degree offerings and programmatic work, and digital media/marketing projects
Manage event promotion to help drive awareness and increase number of event attendees
Data-rich lead flow aggregation and assessment that connects front-line outreach and in-bound activities
Data integration for lead flow processing and management
Analyze data to quantify activities and recommend changes or updates to meet enrollment objectives
Track marketing data through each applicant stage and inform digital media team of insights, e.g. potential for look-alike audiences, retargeting, channels that are performing/not based on the applicant pool
Research new recruitment channels based on surveys, student focus groups, market data, etc.
Experience & Educational Background:
Candidates with a Bachelors degree
Three to five years of relevant experience creating and executing strategies for a campaign, brand, or organization
Skills & Competencies:
Experience managing online campaigns for a nonprofit, competitive sales/marketing environment, higher ed, or equivalent
Proven strategist, excellent writer, and familiar with major online platforms and constituency CRMs, list segmentation, targeted messaging, and email/SMS response tracking products
Experience creating lead generation forms, email templates, drip campaigns, assign lead scoring & grading, graphics
Proven capability to create compelling and creative content for social media
Ability to analyze user data and use the insights to optimize the communications plan
Practices excellent time management
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and multi-task in a high-paced team environment and meet deadlines
Masters degree in a relevant or related field; and/or additional work experience beyond five year minimum is preferred
Professional experience in the higher education and/or admissions and recruitment context is strongly preferred but not required
