Position Summary: The Account Director will encompass both International and Domestic clients in the Catholic Market. The focus will be on driving data informed decisions that will dictate the creative and strategic testing on our clients. CSI functions as the internal group where Innovairre’s knowledge is collected, cataloged and later applied. CSI spearheads new product and format testing working with production development and operations to find the best products, production and format to deliver and maintain maximum client results.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•Work with internal teams including graphic designers, account directors, strategists, copywriters and account managers on mail plan development, testing cadence and strategy, package creation and vision, creative messaging in order to develop and deliver clear compelling direct mail for our nonprofit clients helping them raise the funds necessary to fulfill their missions. •Manage all stages of working with teams on planning and analysis of campaigns and share learnings throughout the organization. •Participate in proactive quarterly and monthly planning meetings for our clients. Identify pain points with client team and address head on. •Work on all improving all client metrics including, LTV, CTA, Response, Conversion, Lapsed Recapture, Sustainer membership and overall file health and growth. •Conceptualize, develop, innovate and re-develop new package concepts and campaigns to be distributed to the client teams. •Travel will include monthly client meetings and internal planning meetings. On average, there will be three to five days of travel per month to our domestic locations.
•Minimum of 5 years fundraising experience in the Catholic Market •Preferred knowledge of Catholic doctrine as applied for fundraising •College Degree Required •Willingness to learn and grow professionally •Excellent multi-tasking ability •Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment •Proven experience with fundraising, specifically direct mail/marketing •Polished presentation skills, ability to speak to any audience •Mature verbal and written communication skills •Knowledge of Google as a platform/competency in Sheets, Docs, Slides •Knowledge of Print and Premiums as a medium •Salesforce User/ability •Expert research skills •Expert level Excel skills/competency in Office •Foreign Language skills a plus •Attention to detail and strong organizational skills •Problem solver •Ability to accurately project campaign performance •Ability to clearly and succinctly report on results
