SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST , Human Resources , to analyze requirements, design and develop effective solutions, and align technology with business strategies as part of the HRIS team. Will coordinate and conduct testing for system support and enhancements; develop training materials, implementation plans, and change management strategies; develop, maintain, and execute reports; collaborate with stakeholders to research and document HR business processes and procedures; and monitor and maintain user authorizations for systems and applications. Other responsibilities include understanding the business policies/procedures of HR functional areas; recommending new technologies and business process changes; leading small-to-medium technology projects; providing system support for a wide variety of users; analyzing, developing, modifying, maintaining, and documenting database applications that support employee data for the HR department; developing, coordinating, and conducting testing for system support/enhancements; providing hands-on troubleshooting; ensuring that the confidentiality of HR data is preserved; and serving as a liaison between HR and other departments, teams, and external vendors.
REQUIRED : bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in a related field; at least seven years' relevant business systems analysis experience; commitment to safeguarding confidential data; ability to fully understand business processes and translate business requirements/regulations to functional and technical solutions; project management skills; proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP and SuccessFactors; proficiency with reporting tools such as Cognos and Tableau; experience working with cloud applications such as Mendix and Fragomen; ability to communicate--through writing and presentations--complex ideas to diverse audiences; and excellent organizational, analytical, and problem resolution skills.
