Position Summary: In an effort to support the Organization in the fulfillment of its mission and to provide safe venues for the delivery of direct services, ensures that communication and technology services are maintained and sufficient to meet demands. Oversees and maintains all information technology networks. Is responsible for the maintenance and management of all TNM facilities, equipment, and vehicle fleet. Acts as liaison to outside vendors.
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 and Sharepoint; experience trouble-shooting network issues

Information Technology & Telecommunication Support
Continually evaluate network and telecommunications systems performance and design against organizational growth, usage, demand, and needs. Effectively communicate with network service provider to design system that is responsive to organizational changes and needs.
Coordinate on-site IT and telecom support to end users through supervision of IT Coordinator, prioritize and assign trouble tickets, report more significant, interruptive problems to appropriate vendor in an expeditious manner and ensure timely resolution of network issues. Effectively communicate with staff regarding service disruption or changes to the network.
Develop and supervise implementation of preventative maintenance plan for each facility
Cultivate relationships with vendors beneficial to all facilities operated by The Night Ministry
Ensure adherence to procurement policy in obtaining estimates for large maintenance projects; negotiate scope of work, price, timeline
Quarterly report and presentation to the Board of Directors of the TNM-Asset Management Organization; regular communication and preparation of Board packet
Ensure timely report of significant facility problems to the appropriate vendor and follow-through on their response to the presenting problem(s) through management of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Ensure that facilities meet all applicable codes and addresses any violations as they occur.
Ensure implementation of preventative maintenance plan for each vehicle, ensuring that vehicles are functioning in a safe manner, in full compliance with legal requirements. Ensure employee training program in place for safe operation of vehicles.
Ensure that registration and license paperwork are up-to-date and renewed on-time for each vehicle.
Work closely with Human Resources Manager to screen new employees for driver safety as part of the onboarding process.
Develop annual budget for facilities and administrative expenses; monitor expenses monthly; approve invoices in a timely manner for payment.
Work closely with Senior Vice President to review and renew insurance policies, including general liability package, directors and officers policies, workers compensation, and property insurance.
Coordinate front office policies and procedures to ensure a welcoming visitor experience at all sites, through supervision of the Office Manager and Administrative Receptionist.
Meet regularly with employees in supervisory meetings; timely completion of mid-year and annual performance appraisals; timely review and approval of semi-monthly timecards.
According to The Night Ministry's policies, this position is expected to carry a cell phone and is eligible for partial reimbursement of monthly cell phone bills.
Essentials skills and experience:
Undergraduate degree from accredited university or college
Minimum 5-7 years experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role.
Excellent oral and written skills.
