Responsible for supporting the Director of Member Recruitment in effective membership recruitment to attain prospective members and retention of members. May require occasional travel to meetings and educational events in Texas.

Answer phones and assist with TAHC&H website login credential issues or transfers caller to other team member for assistance.
Assist the Director of Member Recruitment in organizing appointments, meetings and recruitment activities. Coordinate all logistics including space, food and materials as needed.
Data entry of accurate membership information into database, including, agency listings from state supplied list.
Assists with onboarding and renewal packets; create invoices timely via mail, electronically, or phone calls; and conducts collection activities of member dues.
Conducts other duties as assigned by Director of Member Recruitment.
Qualifications: Must have initiative, good interpersonal skills, be able to maintain tracking systems, perform data entry, and communicate effectively.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of general clerical or administrative experience. May substitute college education for experience. Proficient with computer software preferably Word and Excel. Experience with database management, preferably IMIS, a plus, but not required, will train.
