The administrative assistant position will be under the direction of Dr. Heather Greenlee, a member of the Public Health Sciences and Clinical Research Divisions and Medical Director of Integrative Medicine Program at the SCCA. Dr. Greenlee\u2019s research program uses both clinical trials and observational studies to examine a broad range of lifestyle modifications (diet, physical activity, weight management) and complementary/integrative therapies for cancer prevention and control, especially in under-resourced and vulnerable populations.
Position Overview Dr. Greenlee is seeking a full-time (100%) administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks related to her research and clinical programs. This position will work independently in performing responsibilities, and be comfortable as part of an interactive and interdisciplinary team. Strong skills in multi-tasking, communication, organization, attention to detail and interpersonal relationships are critical to this position. Collaboration and cooperation are essential to functioning within a team that values a positive and interdisciplinary lab culture. The assistant will work with administrative and support staff across multiple local institutions, including Fred Hutch, SCCA and the University of Washington (UW), as well as with collaborators at outside institutions and national organizations.
