Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads is a nationally known, 5-Star, faith-based, nonprofit, Life Plan Community located in Falls Church, VA. We seek an experienced professional to become our Director of Resident Services.
The Director of Resident Services is primarily responsible for overseeing the Resident Services department which includes transportation (both medical and staff shuttle), the volunteer program, therapeutic recreation, and event management. In addition, ensures regulatory compliance, establishes policies and procedures and department budget, monitors departmental performance, participates in developing and implementing total program of activities and supervises staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in a health related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional level work experience required.
Minimum of five years of Director-level experience required.
At least three years of progressively responsible experience in public relations, event planning, or other recreational field required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with others.
