The Coordinator-Outcomes Data Collection collects and organizes youth outcomes data for the Agency; supports the Agency’s Quality Improvement processes and systems.
This is a part time position. 20 hours per week; self directed hours in order to complete necessary phone calls; hours may vary based on scheduled calls; not to exceed 20 hours per week without approval.
This position will work remotely.

Execute data collection processes, including conducting phone surveys with former clients, and interpreting, coding, and recording data appropriately
Develop, maintain, and organize data bases of client information and client data
Monitor and troubleshoot data quality, identify weak areas in data entry processes that require attention and follow up with action to resolve the issues.
Collaborate with other teams to maintain up-to-date contact information for former clients
Other tasks as assigned by the Vice President – Organizational Development or Director – Program Evaluation, or Coordinator – Quality Improvement
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in the social sciences or similar field
Experience in the nonprofit or social sectors
Understanding of youth development and human development concepts
Awareness of basic research and data collection principles

Regular and predictable attendance, with willingness to work flexible hours as required by the position’s responsibilities.
Ability to work remotely; however also be able to work at the West Loop campus for trainings and meetings as requested.
Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Capacity to become proficient in survey applications, such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
Ability to speak Spanish preferred
Open and respectful of cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of clients and is willing and competent to work with a diverse client population, including implications of working with data collected about these clients
