Coordinates and supports the execution of professional learning initiatives of the Ounce Institute, as well as providing support for the division’s program and operational needs.
Essential Job Duties
Collaborate with Ounce Institute team members to ensure the delivery of collaborative and quality services to progams.
Collaborate and coordinate with OI team members to manage the workflow of the professional learning and programmatic initiatives to ensure timeliness and quality of program and operational work.
Oversee the coordination of and provide support for all logistics and operations for both onsite and offsite professional learning events.
Manage operations of internal and external events, meetings, and calendaring.
Transcribe, edit and record minutes of meetings; compose routine memoranda, letters, email and other internal and external correspondence as requested.
Coordinate utilization of data and reporting processes and systems.
Coordinate financial operations, including overseeing the development and execution of consultant contracts as well as overseeing the division’s day-to-day procurement process, including research and problem-solving relating to purchasing and maintenance of inventory.
Act as liaison to external stakeholders, including funders, program staff and home visiting model developers.
Act as liaison to internal stakeholders, including members of other Ounce divisions, to ensure programmatic alignment between the division and the organization.
Actively engage in and collaborate on division projects.
Perform other job related duties as requested.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), cloud file sharing (e.g. Dropbox), email and online
Strong proficiency with or ability to learn and master computer and internet-based technology/software programs (including but not limited to database management systems, CRM, project collaboration and event management platforms).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong prioritization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to exercise independent judgment in most repeated and routine responsibilities.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal) and ability to work with individuals at varying levels of the organization.

Past experience or strong ability of supervising other employees.

Bachelor's Degree in public administration, business management, secretarial sciences, technology, education, or related field.
