Advertised Summary Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Programs in Social Enterprise, the Manager will assist the PSE Team in areas such as data management, reporting, analysis, writing grant proposals, and maintaining foundation relationships for Programs in Social Enterprise. The candidate will work closely with other teams in Executive Education to ensure the highest level of client service and liaise with various stakeholders, including other University Departments, foundation staff, members of the non-profit community, and CBS faculty and staff.
1.Assist with PSE Open Enrollment program recruitment, enrollment, and admissions processes, including leveraging past participant referrals and leads.
2.Works with the Head of PSE with the PSE custom program pricing and contracting processes.
3.Works with the Head of PSE with PSE Open Enrollment and Custom program budgets and reconciliation processes; liaise with Financial Planning Office.
4.Manage all PSE data, including Salesforce records, alumni database, enrollments, and client leads.
5.Coordinate with Marketing team regarding marketing campaigns to generate new leads, maintaining program websites, and managing alumni outreach and events. Coordinate with Web Development/IT team on updating and maintaining program websites.
6.Research potential Open Enrollment and Custom program leads, as well as additional funders interested in capacity building and/or professional development for nonprofit leaders.
7.Manage grant lifecycle with Foundation Partners, including annual reports, proposals, and follow-up reports. Identify new opportunities for Foundation funding for Open Enrollment programs.
8.Process grants and gifts in collaboration with Financial Planning Office and External Relations.
9.Liasion to Financial Planning Office to ensure accurary for open and custom revenues and expenses, as well as budget reconciliation. Provide regular updates to the Head of PSE on finances of Open and Custom programs.
10.Other responsibilities as assigned.
General Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required. 2-4 years of related experience required.
Additional Specific Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume complex environment that requires confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy and tact is required. Detail orientated and a self-starter who takes initiative and is able to anticipate and prioritize tasks. Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills. Ability to cultivate relationships among alumni and past participants. Ability to collect information, effectively analyze information, prepare proposals, and understand brand issues required. Must have demonstrated computer proficiency. Some evenings and weekends necessary. Some domestic travel necessary.
