BS in Accounting preferred
MBA or Master's degree in relevant field
Demonstrated successful experience in management, fiscal oversight, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
Background in nonprofit organization desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced excel skills
Knowledge of advanced financial administration principles
Hands on manager with strong team leadership
Data analysis and problem solving
Strong collaboration with students, senior management and board members
Excellent communication skills
Strategic thinking, decision making, and flexibility
