Develop and maintain the IOM curriculum and professional development program and manage the Curriculum Committee. Maintain the relevance of the curriculum and serve as an adviser to IOM participants.
Develop and maintain IOM’s curriculum and professional development programs; oversee the Curriculum Committee and its program of study, ensure adherence to governance guidelines, develop materials, conduct research, and manage volunteers; ensure that the two bodies of knowledge for the two professional certifications in the industry, CCE and CAE, are represented in the curriculum; handle logistics for the 100+ faculty including identifying and securing speakers, conducting interviews, handling reimbursements, and managing contracts and budget; handle inquiries; develop communications materials to aid in the understanding of the program; and manage the blog and on-site app.
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ related experience; excellent verbal and written communications; strong time management and organization; able to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment; flexibility to travel five weeks per year; and proficient in MS Office. Experience in adult education programs and a familiarity with and an interest in chamber, association, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
Additional Salary Information: Salary commensurate with experience.
