Reporting directly to the President of the OSU Foundation, and filling a key partnership role with OSU’s Vice President & Director of Athletics, this positon in responsible for providing leadership and management of a comprehensive fundraising effort for Beaver Athletics, and for serving as the lead major gift officer for Beaver Athletics. This position will serve on the Vice President & Director of Athletics’ executive team and will provide leadership and direction for the Athletics Development Program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful experience in major gift fundraising. Familiarity with priority seating programs is preferred. He/She should have at least seven years of development work experience in higher education or a related work experience with emphasis on major gift fundraising. Experience gained while working at Division I FBS schools and/or comprehensive campaign fundraising experience is desirable. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
