Description: Manage RSNA Virtual Meeting (VM) and Webinar activities in accordance with digital events and audience engagement strategy and through application of industry best practices.
Responsible for continued enhancement of the VM.
In coordination with the Education Center, develop, implement and execute a newly created Webinar series.
Manage the annual-cycle of VM and Webinar deliverables including: scope; project plans; dependencies; communication; websites and vendor management.
Collaborate with departments to develop content for VM and Webinars and manage contractual agreements.
Manage participation, provide support and training on technology engagement tools and platforms.
Oversee fiscal budget to create greater efficiencies and revenue-generating opportunities.
Manage pre- and post-event analytics, including registration, engagement, cost, benefits and attendee feedback.
Maintain key metrics and ensure content decisions are data-driven and customer-focused.
Maintain business continuity through documentation of processes and contracts.
Gain exposure to relevant industry trends: participate in competitor events to assess effective ideas, gaining market knowledge for making informed recommendations and incorporating leading edge practices.
Provide end user support via phone and email as required.
Provide onsite VM management throughout annual meeting; including but not limited to oversight and customer support to users/staff.
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in digital and/or online events; to include the development of strategies and production/execution
Experience in meetings and events industry preferred
Digital Event Strategist (DES) Certification preferred
Fluent in all aspects of digital and/or online events; to include knowledge of technology platforms and successful education options
Demonstrated project management skills with colleagues at all organizational-levels and external vendors
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and interact with diverse project teams
Ability to multi-task and provide effective management of projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time-management skills, highly detail-oriented, and skilled at adhering to deadlines
