This is a new position that has growth potential for the right candidate.
Produce monthly and/or quarterly financial reports for associations, buying groups and the AMC.
Event and budget category nets
Client invoicing, collections and receivables management
Deposits and credit card processing
Record payments in database and in QuickBooks
Monthly adjusting journal entries
Deposit and bank reconciliations
Monthly merchant account reconciliations
Assist with audits/reviews and other miscellaneous corporate tasks
Assist Controller in other accounting-related projects
Other duties as assigned
Accounting experience of 3-5 years
4 year degree in accounting preferred
In-depth knowledge of GL/journal entries and accrual accounting
Experience with nonprofit accounting
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Organized and detail oriented
