The Customer Support and Operations Specialist is a “jack of all trades” on the Learning List team. This position will further Learning List's brand by providing outstanding customer support, handling accounts receivable promptly and effectively, and assisting the Learning List team with light marketing and communications tasks to help maintain existing and attract new subscribers.
Essential job functions`
Candidates for this position must enjoy doing a variety of tasks, including:
Assist districts/campuses with the subscription process
Provide ongoing customer support to existing subscribers
Manage invoicing, collections and timesheets
Update and maintain customer contacts using Customer Relationship Management software
Assist with communications and marketing tasks, including mailings, posting blogs, updating webpage content, newsletter publishing and contact lists
Test website features
Analyze website usage data
