ADMISSIONS RECRUITING COORDINATOR, Sloan School of Management-Admissions, to serve as an integral member of the Admissions team, providing high-level organizational and administrative support to ensure that the recruiting efforts of the team run smoothly.  This will include over 200 worldwide off-campus events and over 100 on-campus/online events each year.  Will collaborate daily with the entire Admissions team, program offices (MBA, MFin, MBAn, SF, MSMS), other Sloan/MIT staff and faculty, students, partners, alumni, candidates and vendors to recruit and enroll candidates to the five programs managed by the team.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED:  three years of related administrative support experience; strong computer and technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new programs quickly (e.g., Slack, Trello, Slate application system); strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, customer service, and written and oral communication skills; ability to set goals and priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment; and the ability to work as part of a team and communicate with other departments across MIT, students, and alumni. A bachelor's degree and experience in a university, professional school, or large nonprofit organization preferred; as is strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship and familiarity with MIT and Sloan policies and procedures.  Job #15862-N
