Our ideal candidate has a passion for nonprofit organizations, great interpersonal skills, and experience with CRM software. This position does not require a "hard" sell and is more of a consultative sale. You will be engaging qualified prospects to help identify their needs and recommend appropriate Neon products and services.
Perform web-based product demonstrations with qualified prospects
Close at least 15 qualified prospects per month
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our company’s products, services, and sales procedures
Collaborate with other departments when necessary to see a sale through to completion
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes and competitive landscape
3+ years of experience selling to nonprofits in a consultative approach with demonstrated success in achieving ambitious goals
Technologically savvy and willing to become proficient in Hubspot, NeonCRM, and other tech platforms a must
Excel at articulating technical information online and over the phone
