Beloit Regional Hospice, a division of Beloit Health System, seeks a Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager.
Since 1982, Beloit Regional Hospice, a nonprofit, community-based organization, has provided comfort and quality of life care for patients and their caregivers in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. When cure is no longer the goal, emphasis is placed on the alleviation of pain and other symptoms that include the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the dying person, as well as the social, spiritual and grief support needs of the family and friends caring for the patient during their journey and after.
The Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager provides daily oversight of Hospice clinical operations and is responsible for supervising our dedicated staff, monitoring patient and family experience, and working collaboratively with the Hospice Director to achieve quality and departmental goals.
At Beloit Health System we offer a competitive wage. Our benefits package includes exceptional health and dental insurance, a generous vacation allowance, tuition reimbursement retirement plan, employer-matched TSA and much more.
RN licensure in WI and IL is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred) along with five years of progressively responsible management experience is desired. Hospice experience is preferred.
