St. Norbert College a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Director of International Admissions and Recruitment. This position is responsible for leading the recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment of international applicants to St. Norbert College. This position is also responsible for the development of annual international recruitment and communications plans, all international student recruitment, maintaining relationships with current partners and developing new partnerships, and using data and trend analysis to inform priorities.

Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, International Business, Marketing, International Education or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
2 years of experience in international recruitment experience and/or working with global and diverse organizations
2 years of experience living or working abroad
3 years of professional work experience in entrepreneurial ventures, nonprofits, universities, international admissions, student services, or international organizations.
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to professionally represent St. Norbert College in domestic and international contexts.
Ability to exhibit excellence in customer service.
Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse and backgrounds.
Skilled at coordinating logistics for travel, training sessions, or other group activities.
Knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and regulations as applicable to international students.
Knowledge of software should include presentation software, database and spreadsheet programs (for example, Salesforce and Banner)
Ability to be flexible, well-rounded, high-energy problem solver, communicator, and a team player with a global perspective.
Ability to speak a second language
