We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee the development and execution of Engineering Festivals (E-Fests), one of our key initiatives. E-Fests are a series of global events that provide a platform for students to develop technical skills and showcase ideas by participating in a variety of competitions, engaging with career development content and interacting with industry professionals.
The program manager is responsible for all aspects of E-Fests such as project planning, budgeting and reporting. This role partners across the organization as well as with volunteers and other key stakeholders to provide guidance on content development. This incumbent will also assist in creating a structured process of monitoring and evaluating program impact using robust data collection with key performance indices.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of 5 years' program management and development experience. Some travel will also be required for this role. Successful candidates will have demonstrated excellence in the following skills and competencies:
Plan administration, including responsibility for product/service development
Project management, with a history of planning and executing projects on time and within budget
