Childhaven believes that finance can be both creative and visionary, and we’re looking for a leading professional who feels the same. We’re currently building upon a century-long legacy of service to families in King County with bold strategies that will scale our impact and enhance our programs. In addition to ensuring that we’re operating in compliance with all financial rules, regulations, and best practices, this position will be a key thought partner in our plans for growth. How can we think outside the box to optimize our capacity as we prepare to expand? What’s the ideal business model for a comprehensive mental health organization with a wide range of funding options? How do we develop a best-in-class medical billing department? Reporting to the CEO and collaborating across our organization and board, this role will help us answer these questions and lead our organization for maximum and sustainable impact on trauma-affected children and families.
