All For Health, Health For All (AFH) is a thriving, state-of-the-art Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 10 (ten) sites. We served more than 12,000 unique patients via more than 45,000 patient visits in 2015. Formerly known as Broadway Family Medical Center (BFMC), AFH has provided primary care, outreach, and health education services in Glendale for 30 years. It evolved from the desire ...of BFMC founding physician and current AFH CEO, Dr. Noobar Janoian, to establish an enduringly responsive health resource for culturally isolated and medically underserved residents. Utilizing methods of health promotion and care that have proven effective in reaching AFH’s mostly Eastern European, Middle Eastern, Armenian, and Latino patient population, the organization has become a trusted community resource. Built on Dr. Janoian’s vision, all AFH sites provide vitally needed compassionate care to those who cannot afford to pay and does so in a culturally competent manner. The clinic’s multicultural staff speaks the languages and dialects of the patients that they serve and delivers services in a manner that is respectful of patients’ traditions, cultures, and religious backgrounds.
