NOTE: This position may be performed remotely, anywhere in the continental United States.
Reporting to the Director, Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships, this role will have ultimate responsibility for the performance, product and analysis of the Team Heifer endurance program as well as oversight of other peer-to-peer fundraising activities.

Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience in leading endurance (walk/run/ride) programs and fundraising through peer-to-peer networks
Experience in a non-profit setting or at an agency serving the nonprofit sector
Proven ability to launch new event programs as well as taking current programs/initiatives to new heights
Experience managing people
Experience with fundraising and donor management platforms
Well-versed in general fundraising and peer-to-peer industry trends, best practices and emerging strategies
