Successful candidate will work with P-Card administrators to administer and maintain the Hutch P-Card program, be responsible for complete monthly audit of P-Card transactions, tax review, and produce journals to accurately charge transactions.Review and monitor Hutch issued procurement card transactionsMonitor compliance to the Hutch P-Card and travel policiesWork with credit card company and employees to assist in transaction disputes as well as any card related issuesProvide continual audits of card transactions and reporting as neededCommunicate and implement Hutch P-Card policies and proceduresTrain card holders on above, as well as applications and on-line reconciliationReview taxability of transactionsPrepare monthly journals for Finance to accurately charge Hutch projectsQualification & Special Instructions to Applicants.Three to five years of experience working with bank sponsored credit card programsExperience with bank sponsored credit card program softwareDemonstrated knowledge of budgeting and accounting principlesProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent oral and written communication skillsWell organized with attention to detailPeopleSoft experience advantageous
