International Music Foundation believes that everyone deserves access to the joy and transformative power of live classical music performances and that emerging artists both deserve and need the opportunity to perform for receptive and discerning audiences. In late 2016, two of Chicago’s premiere classical music presenters, IMF and Rush Hour Concerts, merged, retaining the International Music Foundation name, and their commitment to presenting world-class musicians and dynamic repertoire, engaging listeners, offering opportunities for emerging artists, and providing admission-free programming.
